Basic Bird Course

The Basic Bird Course is essential for Wildcare members to be authorised to care for birds. This workshop is designed specifically for individuals to actively become involved in bird care. It aims to enhance the skills and knowledge necessary for effective bird rehabilitation.

Course fees

Wildcare Members - $35.00

Wildcare Members (Refresher) - $15.00

Other wildlife group member - $45.00

Individual online bookings for each attendee are required at: https://www.trybooking.com/DCOJU

Please bring your own lunch. Coffee/tea and light refreshments will be available.

Please note:

• Payment is required by credit card or PayPal at time of booking.

• Please enter your name as you would like it to appear on your course qualification certificate.

• If your authorising wildlife group is not listed in the booking system, please select ‘Other’ so we can contact you for details.

• Bookings close one week prior to the course or when capacity is reached, whichever occurs first.
