Rescuing and caring for our native wildlife

For over 30 years, Wildcare has been rescuing injured, sick and orphaned native animals in Queanbeyan and surrounding regions. These native animals are raised and rehabilitated so they can be released back into their natural habitat.

Birds

Each year, the majority of calls to Wildcare are for birds needing our help. This ranges from tiny Yellow Thornbills to Wedge-tailed Eagles.
